Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation Basis

All products are offered on a quotation basis. Catalogue listings, product codes and availability indicators are for discovery only and do not constitute a final offer. A binding commitment arises only on written order confirmation. Quotations are valid for 120 days from the date of receipt.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are quoted per unit with taxes shown separately on every quotation (GST / IGST as applicable, currently 18% on most laboratory consumables). Freight and cold-chain charges, if any, are stated separately. GST invoicing is provided for all domestic supply.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks after order confirmation. Lead times for imported or made-to-order instruments are confirmed at quotation stage. Images are representative; always rely on product code and datasheet for exact specification.

4. Orders & Cancellation

Confirmed products will not be cancelled. Please check product codes, pack sizes and quantities on the quotation before confirming your order.

5. Payment

This website does not process online payments. Payment details are shared only on the official quotation / proforma invoice. Interest at 18% will be charged if payment is not made within 30 days of invoice.

6. Returns & Storage

Temperature-sensitive and sterile products must be inspected on receipt and stored per label conditions. Claims for transit damage must be reported with unboxing evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
